Announcing the One by One Adopt-a-School matching grant program.

We all know that many of our public schools are struggling during these difficult times. Allocations are being cut as States deal with balancing budgets and managing deficits. As a result, schools have had to cut programs and cut corners. This situation is even more difficult for schools that serve economically disadvantaged communities. Often our schools then reach out to the community for support.
Amway Global is launching a new matching grant program, the One by One Adopt-a-School grant, for U.S. IBOs who are interested in supporting their local public schools.
Working in partnership with the school administration, IBOs would identify a project or specific issue that they will focus on through volunteering and fundraising for one academic year. IBOs would then have the opportunity to apply for a matching grant of up to $3,000. As many as 51 grants will be awarded to schools throughout the country.
