Anyone have a recipe for humble pie?

I have to admit, I'm blown away by the enthusiasm and support shown by my fellow Alticorians for Easter Seals. When I let folks know that my goal was to double participation in our local Walk With Me event from 222 to 444, I have to admit, I wasn't so sure we could do it. I'm happy to eat a little humble pie here and share that as of yesterday afternoon we had 603 employees, family members and friends signed up via the online registration process. And today, I've been called by at least a half dozen more looking to sign up.

I think we may actually achieve our goal of raising $30,000 for our local Easter Seals center.

Does anyone have a recipe for humble pie?
